My Curious Child LLP (UEN: T22LL1190F) Last updated: [23 Aug 2026]

Welcome to www.mycuriouschild.com (the "Site"), operated by My Curious Child LLP ("My Curious Child", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our [Data Privacy Policy], which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. About Us

My Curious Child LLP is a Singapore-registered limited liability partnership (UEN: T22LL1190F), publishing the Curious Little Critters Maths Adventures storybooks and Play & Learn activity books.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Products

We sell physical products (storybooks, activity books, and related merchandise) and digital products (downloadable bundles and PDFs) through the Site. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith and as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, and refund any amount already paid, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will notify you if this occurs.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order through the Site is an offer to purchase. A contract between you and My Curious Child is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email or, for digital products, when access is granted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, in which case we will refund any payment made.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments, Stripe, and/or PayNow. We do not store your full payment card details.

Full payment is required at the time of order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Singapore and to select overseas destinations. Estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in physical goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing for overseas orders, or incorrect delivery information provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges levied by the destination country.

7. Digital Products

Digital bundles and PDFs purchased through the Site are made available for download or access shortly after payment is confirmed. Digital products are licensed, not sold — see Section 9 (Intellectual Property and Permitted Use) for the terms of that licence.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and irreversibly upon access, digital purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file delivered, except where the product is materially defective (e.g. corrupted file, missing content) or where required by law.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Lemon Law Rights

Change of mind: We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on physical products. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

Defective or incorrect goods: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at enquiries@mycuriouschild.net with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where valid, offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Your statutory rights: Nothing in this Section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (including its Lemon Law provisions) or the Sale of Goods Act, which entitle you to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where goods do not conform to the contract at the time of delivery — for example, where goods are defective, not as described, or not fit for their stated purpose. These statutory rights apply regardless of our stated returns policy above.

9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All content on the Site and in our products — including the Curious Little Critters characters (Rummy, Blossom, Kai), storybook text and illustrations, activity book content, branding, and the Site's design — is owned by or licensed to My Curious Child LLP and protected by copyright and trademark law.

Permitted use. When you purchase a physical or digital product from us, you receive a licence to use that content for:

  • Personal, household, or single-classroom educational use; and
  • Reasonable reproduction of activity pages (e.g. photocopying or printing worksheet pages) for direct use by children in one classroom or one household, where the original product was purchased for that use.

Not permitted, without our prior written consent:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing our content, whether physical, digital, or reproduced copies;
  • Sharing digital files or download links with individuals outside the purchasing household or classroom;
  • Reproducing our content across multiple classrooms, campuses, or branches;
  • Using our characters, illustrations, or brand elements in your own commercial or promotional materials.

Institutions or organisations seeking multi-classroom, campus-wide, or commercial use (including preschools, tuition centres, and publishers) must obtain a separate licensing agreement with us. Contact enquiries@mycuriouschild.net to discuss licensing terms.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
  • Reproduce, scrape, or republish Site content beyond the permitted use described in Section 9;
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Curious Child LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold My Curious Child LLP harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our content beyond the permitted licence in Section 9.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussion, and if unresolved, may be referred to mediation or, where applicable, the Small Claims Tribunal of Singapore or the Singapore courts of competent jurisdiction.
